Do you love the month of May? I do because it feels like the true beginning of spring — plus it’s my birthday month. The best celebration is dancing together, so I hope you’ll join me for one or both classes: Tomorrow/Thursday May 2 in person in Oakland. Or for for my bday Groove this Sunday, May 5 on Zoom.

$15 per single, drop-in class. Prepay $45 for four consecutive classes Venmo @karen-wertman, PayPal or cash.
Please bring a yoga mat and water and arrive 5 minutes before class.
