Weekly In-Person Groove Classes in Oakland PLUS Groove online on Zoom
Come enjoy an hour of dance that lets you move authentically and get a great workout! You’ll dance in a way that feels perfect for your body, whether you’re a longtime dancer or have never done any dance training, no matter what limitations you have that day. Treat yourself to an hour of joy-filled movement!
September 2025: Thursday evening, 9/4, 9/11, and 9/25, 6:30 -7:30 PM in person in Oakland
East Bay Dance Center 1318 Glenfield Ave, Oakland 94602 $15/class or $45 for 4 consecutive classes. Pay via Venmo @karen-wertman or cash onsite. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class start.
