When the world seems crazy, dancing helps!
Life out there has been A LOT lately and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Take time this Thursday to get out of your head, into your body and connect to awesome music and friendly folks at Groove. Dancing won’t solve world problems but it will surely will take your mind off them!
I’m working on a playlist of songs to lift our spirits and celebrate our aliveness. I really hope you’ll join us!
