Have you enjoyed the fun and freedom of our Groove class? This Thursday is the perfect time to invite a friend!
Whether you’ve joined once or twice or twenty times, you know that Groove is a chance to move your body, enjoy music from around the world and connect comfortably with other folks in a warm and friendly environment. And most of the people who join our classes are there because someone they knew told them about it!
I’m putting together a special playlist this week with some of my all-time favorite Grooves. It will be the perfect introduction for newcomers and I’d love you to consider bringing a pal. It’s a blast to dance with your friends, and they get to take the class for free. So let’s make it a party!
