A Groove dance class in an hour to treat yourself to joyful movement and creative self-expression in a warm, welcoming environment. Haven’t tried it yet? Now is the time. And if it’s been awhile, it’s time to come back!

Thursday, 1/25, 6:30 - 7:30 PM - please sign up here to register and join us in person. East Bay Dance Center, 1318 Glenfield Ave in Oakland. $15 per single, drop-in class. Prepay $45 for four classes, Venmo @karen-wertman, PayPal or cash. Bring a yoga mat and water and please arrive 5 minutes before class.
