I have some very cool NEW Grooves to share with you!

Dear Friend, I’m super-excited to introduce some new songs and new styles this Thursday that came out of my recent advanced training. These Grooves aren’t harder to do - but they are designed to provide you with a richer and even more creative experience. And we are going to have so much fun with them! Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, you won’t want to miss this week’s class. Please sign up here!

• This Thursday, 11/9 - 6:30 - 7:30 PM ( also Thursday 11/16 and 11/30)

• East Bay Dance Center, 1318 Glenfield in Oakland

• Also please plan for a special post-Thanksgiving afternoon class on Friday 11/23!

• $15 per single, drop-class. Prepay $45 for any four November classes, Venmo @karen-wertman or cash.

• Please bring a yoga mat and water and arrive 5 minutes before class starts.

• Bring a friend and their first class is free!
