Dear Friend, want to do something different this coming holiday weekend? Join me on Friday, November 24th, 4- 5:15 pm for a YUMMY post-Thanksgiving Groove dance party at 1318 Glenfield Ave (East Bay Dance Center) in Oakland. We'll have a little extra time for dancing,  awesome new music and a little longer stillness/meditation end of class.  A GREAT opportunity to try Groove if you haven't before.   • $15 per single, drop-class. Prepay $45 for any four November classes, Venmo @karen-wertman or cash.

  • Please bring a yoga mat and water and arrive 5 minutes before class starts.

  • Bring a friend and their first class is free!
